-Gathertop Fashion is manufactured at our facilities in China.

Do you have a printed catalog?

-Yes. We print a yearly catalog. Please contact us with your Email ,and we can send you a catalog. Verified businesses will receive an accompanying wholesale price list. Please note, seasonal colors and/or prints are subject to selling out. Our website offers the most current selection of products.


May I use your online images?

-Yes,you can use our products images upon ordering with us .

Is there a minimum order/re-order?

-Yes, there is a minimum order of $100.

How can we pay for our orders?

-We accept payment of TT to Bank Account of Gathertop Company.

Do you offer any discounts?

-Yes. Any items currently on promotion can be viewed under our Promotions & Closeouts page. We also offer end-of-season closeouts for overstock items when applicable. Any additional discounts can be found under our Discounts page.

Do you drop ship?

-We do not provide drop shipping services.

How can I track my order?

-You can track your order by using the tracking link sent to you in your shipping notification email.

Can I order samples with my own design logo?

-Yes,we can make it according to your requirement.


How long will it take for the sample and mass production?

-Generally speaking , we need 4-6days to finish the samples, while it will take longer time for some complex design. And the lead time for production will take 15-25 days.


How's the order process?

-Confirm the specifications > confirm price -> proof -> confirm sample > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production - > finish production > inspection (photo or real product) > balance payment -> delivery -> after-sales service.


How does your factory apply quality control?

- Before production, we have a meeting with all management people to confirm all the details
-We have a dedicated QC process for the production ,which regulates and focuses on every details of the production process.
- All the materials will be checked by sales and production management before using.
- Each production line has a team leader to monitor quality.

How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.


What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 5 to 6 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.


How do you compute the shipping charges?

We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W.
